Create an account

To be able to order in our online Shop you need to have a personal account. In order to create an account, please click ‘register as new customer’ on our website’s top right. You will then be able to enter the data required to create your profile. Here you will also be able to select your own password which you can continue using for future orders or to log in. You can log in by entering your username and password.

Managing your data

Once you are logged in to your personal account, you are able to change your data at any time. You can change your details, subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter, see your order history, create a wish list or a list for favourites and you can also check your S-credit balance.

In case you experience any problems with your account or if you need help changing your details you can always contact us.

Delivery addresses

You can add multiple delivery addresses to your account, which you can choose from when placing an order.

Wish list and Favourites

Using the wish list and favourites you can save products.

The wish list is useful for products you would like to order once. Once you have saved a product in the wish list, it will be saved until you put the wish list in the shopping basket. This will then make it disappear from the wish list. You can share the web shop wish list with your relations by e-mail.

With the list of favorites you can create several lists in which you, for example, can save products per project or per period. These will remain until you have added them to your shopping basket. You can therefore save this list for items you would like to order several times.

Both lists will be saved in case you log out or you leave the web shop. As soon as you log in again you can view your lists.
